What is The Gold Standard™ Service Excellence?

The Gold Standard™ Service Excellence is an independent assessment framework designed to help businesses improve customer experience, service standards, staff performance, and overall reputation through practical, measurable improvements.

What types of businesses can be assessed?

How does the assessment work?

A qualified assessor visits your business and evaluates key areas including customer experience, service delivery, presentation standards, staff interactions, and overall business performance.
Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed Service Excellence Report outlining strengths, opportunities for improvement, and your overall star rating.

How are businesses rated?
