Booking Policy Thank you for choosing The Gold Standard™ Service Excellence. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to confirmation. A member of our team will contact you to discuss your requirements and confirm a suitable date and time. Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Travel Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before the appointment. Payment Invoices are payable in accordance with the agreed terms. Payment details will be provided following confirmation of the booking. Assessment Process All assessments are conducted independently and fairly using The Gold Standard™ Service Excellence Framework. Star Ratings Star ratings are awarded based on the standards observed during the assessment. Ratings reflect the findings at the time of the visit and do not guarantee future performance. Accreditation Businesses achieving the required standard may be eligible for Gold Standard™ certification, window stickers, website listings, and additional services depending on their chosen package.
